Technical Support is a variable that appears in the Cloud Service Agreement Cover Page, in the Order Form section. This section is for your agreements' key business terms.

Technical Support is an optional term.

How to fill this out

In one or two sentences, describe how your customer should get support. People generally include:

  • An email address or URL where customers file support requests

  • A description of any other technical assistance available, such as onboarding or implementation assistance
