If you need to update a recipient's Name, Title or Notification Address for an in-flight agreement, it's easy and you can follow the steps below. Note that if you actually want to change the recipient who needs to sign your agreement, you'll need to use the Reassignment feature instead.
Editing Recipient Information
Click on the agreement where you want to change the recipient information.
NOTE: Only agreements that have been sent but not signed by either side can have this information updated.
On the Agreement History page, click on Edit counterparty information.
This will bring up a screen that allows you to adjust the recipient name, title and notification address. This reflects the current information for these fields, including if your recipient has updated this info.
Once you've made your updates, click Save changes. Note that there is no notfication to your customer that any changes have been made, but they will have the ability to alter this information prior to signing.
