How to fill this out
Describe any policies of the Customer (the party receiving the services) that the Provider is required to follow under the agreement. If you're sending the PSA as the Provider, these are your customer's policies. If you're sending it as the Customer, these are your own policies. Examples include:
Industry-specific compliance requirements
Employee background checks or drug testing
