Third-Party Materials is a variable that appears in the Professional Services Agreement Cover Page, in the SOW section. This section is for your agreements' key business terms.

Third-Party Materials is an optional variable.

How to fill this out

If the Services include Deliverables, specify whether Third-Party Materials will be included. Examples of Third Party Materials include:

  • Fonts

  • Stock photography

  • Open source software components

You can optionally specify who will procure the materials.

You can optionally pre-approve Third Party Materials by describing what they are. For example: β€œAny open source software licensed under MIT, BSD, Apache 2.0, or other permissive license that does not require the redistribution or availability of Deliverables under the same or similar license terms.”
