This article applies to all versions of the Cloud Service Agreement. Learn more about agreement versions here.
DPA is a variable that appears in the Cloud Service Agreement Cover Page, in the Key Terms section. This section is for your agreements' key legal terms.
DPA is an optional variable.
How to fill this out
Do you receive personal data about EU residents from your customers? If so, you may need a Data Processing Agreement for GDPR compliance. If you host one online, you can describe where to find it here.
Or, you can use a different method:
Set up a Common Paper standard DPA in a separate template and export it as a PDF to upload here (see note below).
Upload a PDF of your own DPA.
NOTE: This field does not link directly to a Common Paper DPA template. If you've built your DPA as a Common Paper template, you cannot select it here by name. Instead, open the DPA template, download it as a PDF, and then upload that PDF via this field. Alternatively, you can send the DPA as a separate agreement and connect it to the CSA using the Underlying Agreement field on the DPA Cover Page.
