How to fill this out
Unlike a cloud or SaaS product, on-prem or self-hosted software does not have an inherent way to end customer's access when the contract ends. As a result, this Software License Agreement imposes contractual obligations on the customer to follow the deletion procedure outlined in this field.
Choose one or more of the suggested protocols, and/or detail other customer deletion requirements.
Default:
Customer will uninstall, delete, and/or discontinue use of the Software.
Customer will certify to Provider that the Software was uninstalled or deleted according to the terms of this Agreement.
