Warranty Period is a variable that appears in the Software License Agreement Cover Page, in the Order Form section. This section is for your agreements' key business terms.

How to fill this out

A Warranty Period gives your Customer a specific time window to ensure the product functions as described and expected. It expedites when your customer raises any concerns, allowing the you to troubleshoot and/or fix the issue in a timely manner.

Default: 30 days from initial delivery of Software

The Common Paper Committee agreed that in the context of downloadable software, providing a limited performance warranty is a common and fair give. From a relationship perspective, this helps align the two parties and provides a better overall experience for the customer.

However, if you do not want to provide a limited warranty, you can choose None.
