There are a number of reasons why you might want to change your email address:
Your company is rebranding with a new name!
You finally got the dot com domain you wanted from the beginning.
You just needed a change
Whatever the reason, we can help you make the transition smoothly.
Google Workspace users

Just log in with your new Google Workspace email. We'll detect the updated address and update any templates or in-flight agreements you have. Signed agreements that include emails will retain the old address for historical purposes. You'll receive an email confirmation at the new address when this happens. If you see any problems, reach out to support immediately and we'll get it straightened out.
Username / Password users
Click on your name on the Team page
Click the change? link next to your email address
Fill in your new email
Click Update User
You'll get an email to verify the change. Until you verify the email you won't be able to send any other agreements.
Changing your whole team's email domain at once
Reach out to us on support chat or email
Make sure to tell us which domain you're currently at and which one you want to switch to.
We'll need to update your agreements that are currently in flight to make sure you don't lose access. We'll leave signed agreements alone.
