This new integration reports your user accounts to Vanta on an hourly basis and helps keep you compliant with the various standards that Vanta tracks.

Connecting your Vanta Account
In order to connect your Vanta instance to Common Paper, navigate to the Integrations section on the left navigation. Click the Connect Vanta button.
This will bring up an authorization window from Vanta that grants access to your account. We need permission to send your data to your account.
Once you've granted us permission, the integration is setup! You'll be returned to Common Paper and the integration page will show that the app and Vanta are connected.
Viewing Common Paper Account Info in Vanta
Once the integration has been completed, you'll begin to see your Common Paper user accounts show up in Vanta once the first update runs. Common Paper sends user info to Vanta on an hourly basis, so it may be a few minutes.
To see the account information, in Vanta on the left navigation click on Accounts under the Risk section.
Choose your Common Paper account in the dropdown and it will show you your Common Paper users.
Disconnecting your Vanta Account
If you need to disconnect the integration, you can do it from one of two places:
In Common Paper, on the Integrations page you can click the Disconnect button on the Vanta integration.
In Vanta, on the the Integrations page you can click Manage -> Delete on the Common Paper integration.
In both cases, this will immediately disconnect the integration and the app will no longer send information each hour.
