Data Exporter is a variable that appears in the Data Processing Agreement Cover Page, in the Annex I(A) List of Parties section.
How to fill this out
The DPA needs to include contact details for the Data Exporter, in this case the Customer.
The Customer will be either the Controller of the data, or a Processor of the data using the Provider’s Service for subprocessing.
Your recipient will be able to supply this information when they review the agreement. In addition to supplying contact information, they will be able to designate whether they are a Processor or a Controller.
