Chosen Courts

If there is a legal dispute about this contract and one party files a lawsuit against the other, where should the lawsuit be filed?

Default: Delaware

Tip: Most contracts have the same location for both Governing Law and Chosen Courts, but itโ€™s not required. Other common choices are New York and California.
