When you've finished working through a redline review, you can download a Clean doc - a final version of the agreement with every decision applied and all tracked changes and comments removed. Use it when you and your counterparty have agreed on terms and you need a copy that's ready to sign.
What the Clean Doc Contains
Gerri starts from the redlined .DOCX you uploaded and resolves every redline based on its current decision:
Accepted - The counterparty's change becomes final text.
Rejected - The counterparty's change is removed and the original language is restored.
Counterproposed - Your counterproposal language becomes final text in place of the counterparty's change.
Handle this manually - The counterparty's change is accepted and becomes final text.
Needs review (no decision made yet) - The counterparty's change is accepted and becomes final text.
The Clean doc contains no tracked changes of any kind, including formatting changes, and no comments. None of the comments Gerri adds to the Updated doc are included - rejection explanations, manual-handling flags, or comments you added to a counterproposal - and any comments already in the file you uploaded are removed too.
The Clean doc downloads as a .DOCX file. Gerri doesn't send it to your counterparty or out for signature - you send it yourself.
Downloading the Clean Doc
Open the redline review.
In the Actions panel, click Download.
Select Clean doc.
The Clean doc is also included when you select Package of all, which downloads all four documents together.
Before you send the Clean doc for signature, open it and read it through to confirm every change landed the way you expect.
Undecided Redlines Are Accepted
You can download the Clean doc at any point in a review, even if some redlines don't have a decision yet. When decisions remain, the Clean doc option in the Download menu shows a reminder that anything still undecided will be accepted.
Every redline still marked Needs review, and every redline you marked Handle this manually, is accepted exactly as the counterparty proposed it. If you don't want to accept those changes, make a decision on each one before you download. To find them, use the All results dropdown on the Review Details page to show only Needs Review redlines.

Where the Clean Doc Is Available
The Clean doc is available only for redline reviews - reviews of a .DOCX file with tracked changes. It isn't available for a full contract analysis, where Download gives you the original agreement as uploaded.
Despite the similar name, a Clean doc is not the same as a clean agreement review. A clean agreement review is a full contract analysis of an agreement that has no tracked changes (see Reviewing a Clean Agreement). A Clean doc is the finalized output of a redline review.
