Getting Legal Help

How to request legal support from Common Paper's law firm partner for help with your agreements.

Written by Mark Frantz

Common Paper can connect you with a law firm partner who can provide legal support throughout the entire lifecycle of your agreements - from setting up templates to negotiating redlines with your counterparty.

How to access legal support

Click Legal Support in the main navigation to open the Professional Legal Support page.

Submitting your request

Fill out the form on the right side of the page:

  1. Provide a brief summary of the situation for which you're seeking legal help - Describe what you need help with. Include the type of agreement, what stage you're at, and any specific terms you're trying to resolve.

  2. Provide a brief description of your business or product - A sentence or two about what your company does. This helps the attorney understand the context of your agreements.

  3. Optional: upload any relevant document - If you have a draft agreement, a redlined version, or any other relevant file, you can attach it here.

Once you've filled in the details, click Get started. You'll receive a confirmation, and the Common Paper team will follow up to connect you with the law firm partner.
