  • hare 5-10 DOCX files of redlines from your customers. These can be redlines for new contracts that you’re still negotiating, or old redlines for deals that have been negotiated and signed. However, the files you send should be the files with a .DOCX file extension and tracked changes you received from your customer. In a tracked changes file, the edits your customer made should look something like this screenshot:

  • If you don’t have a file with tracked changes, that’s OK. Send us the original contract you sent to your customer as well as the updated version they sent back to you. We can do the diff and figure out the changes.

  • If you’re not sure if your customer tracked all of their changes, send us the original you sent to them and the updated one they sent back to you. We’ll check.

If you already have a playbook

  • Provide Your Playbook: Share your contract playbook with us in any format. You can send a link, upload a file, or copy and paste it into an email.

If you don’t have a playbook, just let us know and we can help with creating one.
